If you are encountering issues accessing a supporting resource from Workiva, such as our Help, Community, Learning Hub, or Marketplace sites, please follow the tips below.
Our sites
- Support Center — Workiva's Support site, which includes our Help documentation, and Community forums.
- Learning Hub — Workiva’s online eLearning platform. Here you would find online training, eLearning courses, and Workiva certifications.
- Marketplace — Workiva’s online repository for pre-built templates, connectors, and services that help simplify your work.
While you can view these sites without being signed in, some materials do require you to be authenticated to access them and interact on the site. Your login for these sites is authenticated via your Workiva login, so no additional username or password is needed. However, if you are attempting to login to one of these sites and are rerouted back to the Workiva sign-in page, follow the instructions below for the site in question to gain access.
Steps to resolve

Locate your Workiva region. In another browser tab or window, access the Workiva app as you normally would. When you login, look at the URL in your browser. This identifies your region.
Here’s the regions by their URL
➤ US = app.wdesk.com
➤ EMEA = emea.wdesk.com
➤ APAC = apac.wdesk.com
Once you’ve got your correct region, move onto step 2. -
Reset your current region selection. The following links will bring you back to a region selection window for the site in question.

➤ Marketplace -
Choose your region. This will be the one you’ve identified in step 1. The system will now recall your selection for future logins.
- Sign in with your Workiva credentials. You should now be logged into the site.
