Cause
The connection is trying to write data over a previously merged cell.
Solution
If the spreadsheet is limited in size or you know the specific cells that have been merged, you can simply unmerge the selected cells and retry the connection.
When dealing with large datasets, it's likely you'll need to select all cells in the sheet and Unmerge them before refreshing the connection.
