Description
To add additional security to your Workiva Account, Org Admins and Security Admins can enable the IP allowlist to manage where users can access and connect to your Workiva account.
Solution
Step 1: Enable IP Allowlist under Security > Access Restrictions.
The IP allowlist can be enabled and managed under Security > Access Restrictions.
Step 2: Add/Modify/Delete IP Addresses
Once you check Enable IP Allowlist, you can add/modify/delete IP address ranges to restrict access to your Workiva account. Note: For a single IP address, enter the IP address in both the Range Start and Range End fields.
