Duplicate or copy and paste sections

To create identical versions of the same section, you can either use the Duplicate feature or copy and paste. 

Duplicate a section

  1. Select the section(s) you would like to duplicate. 
  2. Right click the section, and then select Duplicate.

Select Duplicate

Your duplicated section should look like the following:

Copy and paste a section

  1. Right click on the section you'd like to copy, then select Copy.

  2. On the second document press CTRL+V in the outline to paste the selected section.Press CTRL+V
