Description
GroundRunner logs are located in the log folder of your GroundRunner installation.
They can be retrieved either manually or by a chain.
Note: Logs are maintained for 21 days.
Solution
Find your specific GroundRunner instance in Chain Builder through the Workspace Settings > Runners screen.
Identify the specific install path where your logs are located under Install Location.
3. Go to that location on the host machine's file system and find the log folder.
4. In the log folder, find the two files:
output.log: the current log file.
output-dateformat.log.gz: the archive/historical log file. You’ll need to unzip the file in order to read the historical logs.
