Adding Child in the middle of the document

How can I add a child in the middle of the document? For example from 100 pages of the word doc, I want to add a child on page 5 without disturbing the data.

Happy to help however I can. Curious, are you referring to adding a section to the document outline? If so, you'd want to find the location in your outline on the left-hand side and from the top of that panel there are options to insert a new section. You can also move them around and nest them via some arrow, and/or drag and drop the section around.
