Is having Workspaces a requirement for using NextGen?

    Hi Susan!

    Yep, you nailed it. In order to utilize the next gen platform, you'd first need to be working in a Workspace. The process to have your Classic account migrated to a Workspace is pretty straight forward, but you would need to work with your CSM and our team here to get you squared away.
