One textblock tag for a footnote with multiple sections (in document outline)

I have one footnote split between two sections and I want to apply a textblock tag for the entire footnote. I added the same tag to both sections, but I receive a duplicate fact error. How can I apply only one textblock tag on multiple  (document) outline sections of a single footnote?

    Hi Gregory!

    Are you running a section-level XBRL validation when you get that duplicate fact message? If so, that would be expected. However, when you run a full project level XBRL validation, those two tags will merge into one and the error should go away. If this is not the case for you, I would check to confirm the date ranges for the two text blocks.
