Text link with custom formatting?

Currently, yes, custom formatting on links that are found in classic are available in next generation documents, save advanced formatting options. One thing to note is currently formatting does not flow though a link from a spreadsheet to a destination, however. All of these options would be found on the right-hand panel in Wdesk.
