Tagging XBRL Manager

Hi,

how can I prevent XBRL Manager from creating facts? The users have the role XBRL Manager and Editor rights for a document. After tagging, I change the rights for the document from Editor to Viewer, but the users are still able to create facts.

    Hi Benjamin!

    I chatted with our experts on this. One solution that is possible here is a custom role to be created that would be allowing only viewer rights to a file and access to XBRL. This feature for custom roles is not possible for a customers but a Workiva Support User in your Org can create it, i.e. likely your CSM. We'd suggest reaching out to them to see about this possibility.
