Certification Process Details in Dashboard

Hello, 

I am looking for a quicker way to see the specific dates that each person signs off on a certification.

In the Process Status section of the Certifications Process dashboard, I don't see an option to add a column for the dates approved so these are visible at quick glance.  

In addition, I don't see details for each signer in the Process Activity section; only the first signer is showing up.  

To get details for specific dates signed by each person, I have to click into the actual certification, which adds a lot of time.

    Hi Lynn!

    Thanks for the question. In the Process view, the only way to see the status for each person is to click on the action and view the right-hand panel. You could also export the Process Status view to CSV, which does show the date & time stamp for each responsible party but that does take it out of Workiva.

    That said, we are looking into a customizable status tracker for Process-based Certifications and I'm happy to add this suggestion there. Let me now if you have any follow-ups or need anything else. Happy Friday!
