You can select multiple files, including uploaded files, or a folder to create a single PDF for download. This is helpful when you want to keep a single PDF for your records or to share a combined PDF with others, such as a filing.
Overview of Create PDF
You can create a PDF of multiple files from All Files, Recent Files, or Starred. Only files and sections you have permission to are included in the PDF.
When you create a PDF, you have several options to determine how to format your PDF and what to include, such as comments and hyperlinks. For spreadsheets, you can select the orientation (portrait or landscape), page size, actual size or scale to fit, and whether or not to show gridlines and cell fills.
The following file types are available to create a single PDF:
Documents
Spreadsheets
Presentations
Uploaded files: .csv, .docx, .pdf, .pptx, .xlsx
