Reviews widget now available to those with Home Boards access
For customers with access to Boards in Home, a new Reviews widget is now available. This widget allows users to see and access all reviews assigned to them, as well as any they have sent, in one central location. Reviews contain all of the content included in Workiva's Send for Review functionality, such as: Document & Presentation Reviews, Binder Reviews, Blackline Reviews, Translation Reviews, and more.

Our Workiva email notifications are getting a new and improved look! You’ll start seeing the new email format as we continue making updates.
ESG
Manage details of dimensional ESG Program metric values as a grid
When you apply a dimension to an ESG Program metric, you can now view and manage details of its values — including supporting material and collection status — inline, within a grid.
From this grid, you can also:
- Assign workspace members for each dimensional value, instead of a default metric assignment.
- Sort and filter dimensional values — such as by assignment or status — from column headers.
- Arrange and hide columns as necessary to focus on details that matter most.

CDP 2024 content updated in ESG Explorer
If your ESG Explorer has CDP enabled, it now includes a new question — 1.4.1 in the full corporate questionnaire, 14.4.1 in the small/medium enterprise (SME) questionnaire — requesting your organization's annual revenue for the reporting period.
This content refresh also includes updated:
- Scoring criteria for several questions
- Tags for question 7.30.20
- Response options for questions 5.11.4, 9.4.1, and 13.3

Set variable width text columns
You can now set the column and gutter widths for each column of text in your document. This can be set at the paragraph, section, or document-level to provide more flexibility in column layout for designed or other reports.
This feature is available to all customers who have access to documents and will be especially beneficial to designed reporting customers. For more information, see Create multiple columns.

Generative AI enhancements
Since the launch of Gen AI last year, we learned customers had a difficult time applying the massive benefits of AI to their industry specific work. Workiva is releasing several major enhancements to Workiva Generative AI:
- Prompt Library - A library of expertly crafted prompts for ESG, SEC, & GRC to discover ways to accelerate work.
- File Referencing - Ask questions from your files or generate new content inspired by your existing work. This provides massive productivity gains when authoring content. Simply provide Workiva AI solid reference files and clear instruction, and it can create an asset that would normally take a long time to write.
- Workiva Support Knowledge base - Get on-demand advice and answers on how to use Workiva by switching to and asking the Support Knowledge base.
- Redesigned user experience - Open Workiva Gen AI by clicking the sparkles icon in the top right corner of Workiva and enjoy a streamlined and personalized interaction.
These enhancements will be available to all customers and partners in Production US & EU who currently have access to Workiva Generative AI.
