Document Health
未计划Hi, when you run Document Health, is there a way to suppress the issues found in the non-printing sections? We use the same document for quarterly and annual financial statements but certain sections that we only need for annual statements are set to non-printing. That way we don't have to re-create the section for the annual statements. However, these non-printing sections sometimes are not fully updated or the formatting is off (most common is cell content truncated). We don't really care about these issues because they are in the non-printing sections. It would be nice to filter them out so we don't have to scroll through a long list of issues that we don't need to look at.

Hi Lena!
An excellent question. I'm doing some digging on this to see if that is an option and/or if there's ongoing work to add this in. Either way, I think its a most excellent suggestion. 🤓.
I'll be in touch ASAP with a more definitive answer but in the meantime I've created a request for you to attach to any tickets I find. Talk soon and holler with any questions. Cheers!
0On a somewhat related question, I'd be curious to know how companies do a 10-k & 10-Q within one document. I've always thought it would be nice, but haven't had time to set it up or test it. But hearing that some people are doing that, I'd love to get some best practices or tips that we could consider. Is there a thread that discusses that out there somewhere? Should I start a new thread asking the for feedback, advice, & pros/cons?
0Mike is there an update to this? We use the single document method and its cumbersome to check the hundred+ document health "issues" that get tagged in non-printing sections. Thanks!
0Hi Ben!
Sadly there's not been any positive progress here and this remains unplanned. I'm happy to share your experience with our developers for their added consideration, and will certainly keep you updated on progress going forward.
Thanks for your contributions and have an excellent day!
