    Great convo! I can help answer some of your questions, for sure.

    As far as cost from Workiva, there is no additional charge to your existing Wdesk subscription, however, Business Wire does have an annual fee to access the Press Tab in Wdesk. This is only if you do not already have the Business Wire integration enabled.

    In terms of how many are using the integration, so far over 150 different companies have used the Business Wire Press Tab in Wdesk, and int total Wdesk has done over 800 submissions to Business Wire.

    We did a demo with BW and the feature looked neat. It saves you from having to save the file down and emailing it. However, workiva charges $1K (per year) to turn it on. In my humble opinion, the time that it would save does not out weight the cost. After seeing the demo, there is no way I would pay that kind of money for that feature. In addition, I feel we already pay a TON for our licenses and believe that this should be included. Therefore we will not be using it. Hopefully workiva will add it as a standard feature as a part of the new SEC license structure.

    Yes, we use the feature but I didn't realize that it charges $1K a year. I would also remove this as it is not worth the extra money as the functionality is very minimal.
