Vlookup ends up in error
已回答I have linked incoming data coming from a sheet in the source Workiva Excel sheet into another Workiva excel sheet. In the receiving Workiva sheet which also includes tables I want to include the mapping in the first column in those tables and search with a vlookup the value from the incoming data sheet. I have not started in the first column with the vlookup, but the looked up value is in the first column of the vlookup selection - see this formula =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A5,'SOGA_S.02.01'!D:E,2,FALSE),0). . Data is included, looked up value for both sheets all in text formatted, outcome for both on accounting . I still get a N/A outcome even though the looked up value is a copy from the source file to the output receiving file.. Is this function not working in Workiva?

I don't believe there is a feature available to link or reference two different spreadsheet. But you can still a link between two different spreadsheets by coping and pasting with creating links from. Thanks.
0You could also create a connection between two spreadsheets, then do the lookups within two sections of the "destination" spreadsheet.
0Ok, I have set up the last option and there I get the error - but good to have confirmed that this way it should work.
