Why does the bulk single-sign on upload functionality not work?
I have followed the instructions to add all of the SAML ID on the first column and wDesk username on the second column, but it does not successfully map the user. Is there a template similar to what is needed to import users (bulk onboard)?

Could not comment on post - replying here to the questions raised - It did not have any headers or formatting. I tried it for only five people, and it did not successfully map. This occurred during the work week in the afternoon. No, it says it has successfully mapped the users but when I went to double check if the user has truly been matched, their username was not listed therefore I manually mapped the user one by one.

I have reached out to our Support team and they are looking into this on the backend for you. Additionally, they mentioned the following:
"Irena will want to make sure the CSV import doesn't have headers or formatting. Usually during the import it will map users it can and skip the ones it fails on."
Due to that information we have some follow up questions that will help us look further into what caused this:
1. Could you tell us what day/time you experience this?
2. Does Workiva generate an error while importing?
