OAuth secret not generating

Has anyone else had issues with generating a secret ?

I went through the process today and it never got to the point where the drop down had the option to generate a secret.

We followed the instructions here .

    Were you logged into the account that was assigned the grant? Only that account can Regenerate the secret.
