VoltooidWe send our auditors the latest document via the send for review functionality. It save us time if we could include attachments and allow reviewers to open and download support files from here. Hence auditors would be able to download the support file from wdesk instead of requesting it from us via email.

Great news, Binders enthusiasts! You can now send a Binder for Review!
We're terribly excited about this new enhancement. Thanks for your patience and feedback along the way. Do let us know what questions you have for us in the meantime, otherwise enjoy!
Thanks so much for sharing, Michelle!
You are definitely not alone in this request, and we've got your use case collected and shared on our end. We also encourage any others to give this suggestion a little nudge via a vote, or comment below with your use case/example/needs. Thanks again and have a super day!
0I agree with Michelle. This would be very useful for us with our auditors. View access allows them to view and see attachments, but at any time on any version. The send for review feature would allow control around when they see a document and what version, including the support (attachments).
0Great news! Our product team has now moved this suggestion onto their roadmap for sometime in the second half of 2022. We'll certainly keep you updated on progress here and will continue to take in new requests and feedback. Thanks again for your input and happy Monday!
0Quick update here. This has been shifted into our overall digital tie-out effort and is moved into our 2023 product roadmap. We'll continue to keep you updated here on new developments. Any new feedback and requests can also be added below. Thanks much for your continued patience. Cheers!
0Any updates when to expect the functionality? We have a lot of implementations with client where such a feature would be very very helpful in the collaboration with reviewers.
0Hi Franz!
Thanks for the nudge on this one. I definitely owe an update here.
The news is good and bad. As it sits, this enhancement isn't likely to hit during this year, but it is on the radar and is part of the overall Binders initiative in 2023. So it is coming, but just not this year.
In the meantime, I will get you connected so you can stay apprised. Thanks again and do let me know what questions you have for me. Cheers!
0Hi,
Any news on when this feature will be available in the AR workspace?
Thank you!
0Hello and welcome to the community, Charlotte!
The good news here is that this will be made available in the first half of this year as part of the new Binders experience, if not in Q1. We'll keep you posted on that progress, and I've connected you to our body of work on the backend too. In the meantime, let me know what questions you have for me. Thanks again and happy Friday!
0Hi Mike, any update on attachments being included in the Send for review function? I know you mentioned above about it being part of new Binders experience, we don't use Binders currently, so not sure how we can use this feature if it does become available, when we don't use Binders. Would appreciate your update, thanks!
0Hi David!
As far as specifically sending for review with attachments included, this hasn't made a whole lot of movement, though it does remain proposed. However, it may likely be addressed with Binders, as you point out. Today you CAN create a Binder with attachments and markup included, though it only is available for download to PDF currently. We expect to have the ability to send this Binder for review in Q2 2023, which may meet your need here.
Let me know if you have any follow-ups there or you need anything further. Thanks again and have a great day!
0Thanks Mike, initial reaction is this doesn't really fully address our need, but let me take this away and have a look at the Binder feature and see if this can be a suitable workaround.
