Sage Intacct - Get Trial Balance Chain
VoltooidHi There - anyone have an issue with the Get Trial Balance command for Sage Intacct?
The issue is: You can either enter the START DATE and the END DATE of the trial balance you want, OR specify a "reporting period" that you create in Intacct. For example, you can have a reporting period defined as "Month Ended July 2020".
In the instructions for the Get Trial Balance command, it states that if you enter a "Reporting Period", then the START DATE and END DATE fields are ignored.
I want to use the REPORTING PERIOD option, but get the following error (see below). I have tried wrapping the REPORTING PERIOD in quotes and in XML arguments [<REPORTINGPERIOD>Month Ended July 2020</REPORTINGPERIOD>]. But still get the error. Directly below is the screen shot of the Get Trial Balance command configuration page. Thanks for any information.
