Style Usage Export and Reorganising Styles
Hi, is there any way that there is a usage report of styles that are actually applied in a document? Our AR has many defined styles getting carried over from one year to the next, and it is difficult for me to see what has actually been applied/used in the document and what has not. Also, is there an easier way to reorganise styles in the style editor instead of selecting one at a time to move up or down using the button? Perhaps a drag+drop pf multiple styles? This helps to re-order more commonly used styles at the top of the dropdown but can be cumbersome if I need to move a style from position 100 to position 2. Thanks

Hi Megan,
Sorry for the delay in getting to your question. I've been digging into this over the past few days to confirm and so far I'm not finding any ways to achieve this currently. . Thanks for providing these insights, though. I've passed these along to our Product Team to investigate further.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Let me know what questions you have for me or if you need anything else. Cheers!
0Hi Mike,
This us great enhancement suggestion. Managing styles is key function, particularly in large organisations with multiple documents and teams.
The ability to manage and store styles in Wdesk, would be very useful capability and simplify document setup and document rollovers.
Any chance that is type of functionality is in the pipeline for development or can we propose this?
Thanks, Erik
