What software do you use for your D&O Questionnaires?
It's year end, and once again I am faced with the task of rolling forward our D&O questionnaires. Ever since we have been a public company we have used MS Word for it. The current process is long, tedious and completely inefficient. I was hoping for a Wdesk solution, but it does not seem to be on the horizon any time soon.
For those in a similar situation that have the D&O responsibility, what software solutions are you using to make your life easier and more efficient? Anyone try QDiligence?

We use the survey feature in Nasdaq Directors Desk, since it's integrated into the same system that directors use for board meetings. 0I use Adobe and create fillable forms. It takes a little bit of set up but seems to work quite well. We use Diligent Boardbooks for our board meetings, and they have a new function for D&O questionnaires, but it doesn't seem to be as quick and easy as using Adobe - in Diligent, you have to actually build the questionnaire, but with Adobe, I just convert a Word doc over to pdf and then create a form. 0We are starting to work on our D&O questionnaires and it doesn't look like there has been any update to offering this feature in Wdesk. It seems like nearly all the technology is there to implement this. Unfortunately, we are considering using Adobe (same as last year) or may look into using Diligent. Any update on whether the development team is working on this functionality?
