inserting image in between content in a section by fetching from a document present in same folder

Hey, I want to fetch the section content from a document , take the content as a image and text heading . after fetching from the document ,I need to insert the fetched content in another document ,inside that document there is a section and inside section in between the content .

And I need to achieve this using API approach. Please anyone guide me how to achieve this .
