Need ownership overlay info on deletions
When something is added to a document and then later deleted, the ownership overlay does not show the addition or the deletion (since what was added was not part of the original file when it was rolled forward).
It would be great to show ownership for deletions which could be accomplished in a few ways, including:
- A detailed activities report for a specific section
- Ownership overlay in a blackline that shows who deleted and who added

Related to point #2, I've heard very specific requests that the "Simplified changes with changelog"-style blackline PDF show the author and timestamp of each of the listed changes.

Ran into a few situations this filing season where this would have been useful. Definitely think this would be a good addition.
