Workday Custom Report

I have a solution where a list of report URLs are passed to an iterator where the reports are downloaded using the download custom report node. 

Here are the scenarios.

  1. a single report is downloaded in a single node , and it works
  2. a list of multiple reports , the first one does not download , the subsequent two downloaded.
  3. if that list contains four items, where the first two items are the same report, the first one fails, and the three, downloaded.

I have tried to set the retry attempts to more than one and a wait between events.

This is the error that generates on the failed iteration. 

Unable to download resources associated with command.  Please contact support if error persists. 

0: error downloading with 2 retries: Get "#############: connect: connection refused
