Our company recently released a new policy around "Disconnecting from Work" which requires us to only send emails during normal working hours (9-5). Unfortunately Wdesk notification emails come out anytime..
Is there a way for me to edit the email notification settings so that all Wdesk notification emails go out between 9am-5pm only? I saw the posts about the min/max time delay, but I'm not sure that's what I'm looking for. I'm more interested in the ability to set the hours that Wdesk notification emails are allowed to be sent.
Also, is there any way to customize the wording in the emails to make it clear to our employees that they should not feel obligated to respond to comments outside of regular working hours?
Please let me know if this is possible :)
