Running a report to show all comments on a Document
I want to be able to output a report which shows all the comments made on a document, including resolved comments. Is this possible ?

Happy to help answer this as best I can.
The answer is both yes and no here. You can export comments today, but only with the document but only in PDF format.
Exporting to DOCX with comments is not yet supported, and no comment report itself is generally available, though there is a beta setting to show comments in Home that has an export option available. And furthermore, when you export to PDF with comments, only open and resolved comments export, not any that are closed and no existing filters are observed, such as only resolved comments.
We have some requests for the above mentioned items below. Sadly some are not currently planned, though we are still taking feedback and will continue to assess these requests. Feel free to chime in there or simply let me know if you're interested and I'll get you added too.

Hello, just following up on this thread - is there currently a plan to build/offer the functionality to have "Export DOCX w/comments"? I believe it once existed, perhaps that was in Classic years ago?

I did just update this post with the good news that exporting to DOCX with comments has moved to the "planned" phase and is on our future roadmap. I've added you as a requestor there. What happens when you export to PDF, then to Word from Adobe? Do the comments get wonky?
Actually just did this myself and when going from pdf to Word, at least directly without changing any settings, the comments disappear.

Hi Mike- We have built out a presentation to track the status of sign-offs within our team. We currently build charts with links to a spreadsheet. Is there a way to automatically run a report to show what comments are still open? Ideally, we do not want to download it to excel or pdf but rather have it run in spreadsheets so we can link to there and have our charts update automatically.

I wanted to chime in here Allie Falk!
Currently if you have the Comments Management Tool under the homescreen tab, you can use the filter function within it to see only OPEN comments and uncheck the option to see Resolved Comments. This function also available in the Presentations, Spreadsheets and Document file types too.
Also, if you have the Comments Management Tool, you could export to a CSV file ALL Comments and then import that same CSV BACK INTO WORKIVA and would then be able link anything in that new Spreadsheet to wherever you decide to link it to. If you want a "complete comments report" that is digestible.
