I am creating a representation letter certification for multiple subsidiary businesses, where each management team reaches a consensus filing and then signs off on a single letter. Formally, this was done in a Word document prepared by a Controller, then routed for signatures to the subsidiary's senior management. I successfully duplicated this by having a single Signer (Controller) and multiple Approvers in a single approver step (no ordered signing). Unfortunately, I cannot see all of those valuable signers names on the reports. I can see them in detail in the Activities screen (with dates and times), but this will not report out in PDF or Excel. Only the first Signer and last Approver appears. How can this be done?
