Shorter dash for zero linked value
完了Would it be possible to have the option of amending the dash from the 'Em dash' to 'En dash' in a linked cell when the value is zero? Currently only the 'Em dash' is available and this is very long and does not match our required formatting.

Fantastic new, Mikaela!
Recently released to the Workiva Platform is a new formatting option in cells for showing zero (0) values in alternate ways, expanding beyond the default "Em dash". Under Advanced Options you'll now see the ability to show zeros as an Em dash (—), En dash (–), hyphen(-) or blank.
Not thrilling news, but a nice little add either way. Thanks again for your feedback and patience. Holler with any questions and have a great rest of your day!
Great suggestion, Mikaela!
I actually found a few other requests for this internally, so I've got you connect there. There's not timeline for these suggestions as of yet as they remain a proposed idea, but we'll be sure to keep you updated. Certainly any others who would find value in Mikaela's suggestion are encouraged to chime in here too. In the meantime, give us a holler if you need anything else. Thanks for your contributions and have a super day!
1Is it possible to make En dash the default?
0Hello Abi,
Unfortunately this isn't currently an option. However, we have had requests for this from customers in the past. I have gone ahead and created you a ticket for our products team so they know we have another individual interested in this! We will keep you updated on the status/progress of this potential implementation on that ticket.
0Is it possible to make En dash the default for the whole document. I need to keep changing it in every section.
0Hi Christina Joseph!
This is still in the proposed state, but there are a number of customers requesting this, so I went ahead and spun up a ticket for you to add your voice to the conversation! It can only help!
