  Great question. I brought this up to our SOX experts here, and they mentioned that it would be easiest to access them from a report. Most reports only have the current year, so you might need to request a report that includes the prior year as well. It can be user-centric to make it easier for the control owners.

  Hi Mike! Following Terra's post as I wanted to see if this was possible as well. I imagine there is a report that would show the prior year's requests, but I believe the real question here is whether this report would be able to include hyperlinks to the prior year's request so that these control owners could view and download the supporting documents they've uploaded in prior years. Let me know if your answer is still the same and I'll reach out to our CSM to see if he can create such a report for us.
