Any idea how to notify the admin or query/table owner for any modifications made to the query or table?

Hey Aishwarya! We don't currently have a first-class way to notify admins or owners of modifications to queries or tables, but that's a great idea. I've passed this along to the product team for consideration. Thanks for the suggestion!
