How do I export a listing of all users for Workspaces?

    Hi Veronica,

    This is a great question. As Workspaces continue to improve, our Product Team has similarly been working on upgrading what we call 'classic' admin. Some parts of the classic version have moved over to the new, improved version, and some still remain in classic. In your case, the Activities tab is one of those that still remain in classic. The good news is that it's still accessible, however.

    To access the Activities tab to grab a report of your users, you can either click on the Settings icon in the upper left corner of your Workspace and from here choose Activities. You should then see the following, which provides a link to the classic admin view of the same:



    Or you can click on your name in the lower left corner of Wdesk Home and choose Account Admin, like so:



    Obviously, in both cases, you'd need to be an Account Admin and in the first instance, you'd also need to be a Workspace Admin to access the Setting portion.

    Keep in mind also that you are viewing the activities for that particular Workspace, and not your whole organization. Our Product Team is working on adding that feature to the Org Admin level and I'll keep you updated here with new developments there.
