    Thanks Joanne. Any concerns on security by not having users login with a password? We are looking to expand our users from about 300 to 2,000 and I don't want to spend all of my time (or my site administrators time) on resetting passwords.

    Hi Terry, Any luck with a work around on this? We require a login and password for access to the certifier, and as such, I am spending a great deal of my time resetting passwords each day. Any ideas on a more efficient approach?

    Hello All!

    Resetting passwords for hundreds if not thousands of users can certainly be time consuming. Many users, especially infrequent ones that only log in once a quarter, are often unaware they can manually reset their own passwords via the "Trouble accessing account?" link on the Wdesk log in page. All they need is their username to have a reset link sent to them. Here is an example page.



    Sending your users this link might help alleviate the time you spend resetting and enable them in the future should the need come up again for them. Feature enhancements for authentication and password resets is certainly a priority for our Product Team and I will forward your insights onto them as well.
