You might not know this, but a decade ago yours truly was a member of the Support team. While I've since moved onto other things, I have a tremendous fondness for the work that this incredible team does. I'm impressed with with just how much knowledge they possess, and how truly dedicated they are to meeting the needs of our customers and partners at all hours of the day. Its truly a thankless job, and they do it so well. Thank YOU, Customer Support! I wish every week was CS Week.
