Ability to see which approver(s) an ESG metric data collection task is with when multiple approvers are used
計画済みWhen multiple approval steps are configured for an ESG metric, the task status shown in the program (or in queries of it) gives the same "Sent for approval" value regardless of which level of approval the metric is in.
Is there any way to programmatically determine which approver(s) the task is currently with, or any plan to implement such a feature? Almost like a field that would simply show who the task is with, regardless of whether it's the assignee, level 1 approver(s), level 2, etc.

Echoing Andrew and Jon, our company needs the ability to identify the task status by specific approver when there are multiple approvers. This is one of our top priorities with the application. In addition, we would also like to customize the different metric approval steps (e.g. Step 1 - Audit Approval, Step 2 - Business Approval, Step 3 - ESG Team Approval) and then be able to report the status of the task status by the custom approval step name. This should be dynamic in that if the Audit Approval is Step 1 for one set of metrics and Step 3 for another set of metrics that the status for all custom Audit Approval steps would appear together in dashboard built off this data.

Andrew McKenzie (hopefully I'm @'ing the right Andrew McKenzie) You mentioned your ongoing inability to do this by chain/API. Were you able to use chain/API to access the Task History API and resolve your issue? From your previous comment from four months ago it sounded like you had not been able to get it to work. My company is trying to do this now to see if we can use this to obtain the last approver (or the current approver) for open task approvals.

I'll try to keep a long story short Eric Scott: we eventually got a chain jury-rigged that helped us for a while, but it worked by calling an unpublished Workiva API endpoint that they have since changed or removed, and hence our automation to solve for this no longer works. Honestly, though, it was enough of a hassle to get it working in the first place that if we had to do it all over again we might not even have tried.
