Be able to customize request reminders
完了It would be great if we can configure (or customize based on our needs) the request notifications to consistently send out for all requests 3 business days before the request due date and in the subsequent days until the due date. Thanks!

Hi Mike Davis, this release did not address my feedback, as the customization of reminders is for Tasks, whereas I need to customize reminders for Requests. This functionality is crucial for automating the follow-up process for Issues and Action Plans, and I've been waiting for it for a long time. Is there an estimated time for its release?

Hi, I would like added to this request also. The current setting of reminders being sent the same day something is due, isn't ideal for us. We're having to manually launch reminders for all tasks a week before it's due to remind them. Also, even being able to adjust the post-due-date reminders would be nice also. It would be good to set it to keep reminding them until it is done or deleted - rather than stopping after a few days.
