We would like the functionality of the 'Reports' section improved. The Process Status, Process Activity, and Certification Responses screens need to have sort and filter options added to the columns. Currently the only options available are to move, show, or hide columns and that too only in the Process Status screen. If we have the option to sort/filter these fields, it would be greatly beneficial for the reviewer/owner to study the responses quickly.
For example, in the Process Activity screen, if we are able to sort/filter by 'Activity', we can immediately learn which letters have been returned, how many times they were returned, completed actions, reminders sent, etc. In the Certification Responses screen, if we could sort by the action title or filter by the Exception/Alerts, we can pinpoint the letters that need to be reviewed for exceptions and also see the explanations there too.
