Isabel - Does the Wave 3 feature of being able to sign off without logging in to the planform also apply if you have a single-sign-on only account? Thanks!

While building certifications in the new process tool, I am having issues with the numbered list format. Every time I open my saved letter the numbers are not correct and I have to manually update them. Is there a known issue with the number format or is there something in how the text is formatted that could be contributing to this?

    Hello Candice Adams,

Yes - I'm happy to announce that Wave 3 for new certifications in Processes is now released in all regions! The letter will be viewable and signable in mobile browsers (for example) without having to log into the Platform, through the email they receive asking them to sign off. In terms of the higher level for accessing in general, they will need to be a platform user with a role assigned, to even be added as a signer to the certification to begin with.

    Hope this helps!

Isabel Messore I heard that this new feature was released last night to allow SSO users the ability to sign a certification without logging in. Is there a setting I need to change to be able to do that on active certifications? I don't see it anywhere.

Based on this recent update (New simplified experiences for completing Certification tasks), it looks like you will not be able to sign the cert without logging in if SSO is required for your account. As shown in the demo video, you must disable the 'Require SAML Single Sign-On for Users' option in order to use the low touch authentication.

Isabel Messore could you please confirm if signing without logging in with SSO is possible now?
