Next Gen XBRL - EFM 6.05.21 Error
We are receiving two errors related to the entityCentralIndexKey tag in Next Gen XBRL.
One error in XBRL is saying that our entityCentralIndexKey tag is not found in our document, although it's tagged in our non-print section. Are there specific formatting things that must occur to help the document identify this as a fact?
The next error is saying that the fact is either missing a value, date, or unit. You cannot adjust units in this tag, so it can't be that. And I confirmed that the value and date have been input.
I have our CSM working with engineering but wanted to reach out to the public and see if anyone is seeing anything like this.

Hi Megan!
Thanks for reaching out. Very bizarre message indeed. I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it, however.
I chatted with your CSM offline and have connected your request here with the ticket we have going with our engineering team. This way you can follow along there with progress.
In the meantime, quick question for you on the issue. Are the zeros at the beginning of the CIK being removed from the XBRL fact value? If so, you can try inserting an apostrophe in front of the CIK.
0I can't quite seem to tell you what fixed it - but at this point it appears it's been fixed. Perhaps a temporary glitch? We eventually formatted it using an ' prior to the zeros. we also simply placed the CIK in a table not linked to anything and formatted it as text. And this has seemed to work. :)
0That's great to hear its working. I will be happy take full credit for resolving this ;)
As always, give us a holler if you have any follow-ups or need anything else. Cheers!
