ESG - Add a real ToDo overview to Workiva Tasks

Currently clients are struggling severely with keeping an overview of the tasks that they need to fulfill. Thats because both in the Home Experience and in the Workiva Tasks Interface, there is no way to filter for those tasks where the user actually needs to become active. The current "ToDo" Filter in the Workiva tasks overview is only filtering for which tasks are not-completed instead of which ones are waiting for an action by the user.

Especially an approval process involving multiple approval steps is therefore problematic. Currently it involves manual clicking through every single task, to see if its the user's turn to approve something. Thats because all tasks displayed, even if the user is not yet or not anymore required to do anything. A filter for tasks where an action is required would be highly necessary.

    Hi Manuel, great feedback! A more timely and targeted To Do list-style filter like you describe is something that is underway and currently slated to appear in both Workiva Tasks and Home in the new year. Thanks for passing along the idea!
