Export All Letters and Skip Signer Functionalities Missing from new Certifications Process
Con rispostaMy team is in the process of migrating to the new Certifications Process experience. In the old Certifications experience, we were able to export all signed letters to one PDF, whereas in the new process we have to open each individual certification to export the signed letter attached to it. We used the export all letters function to attach signed certification letters to certifications letters we subsequently send to senior management after all other control owners/reviewers have signed.
Additionally, we noticed that the skip function for a certification with multiple signers was available in the old Certifications process, but not in the new one. This would be helpful if someone was out on PTO or was for some reason unable to sign so that they wouldn't become a bottleneck for the rest of the signers.
We would like these features to be added back into the Certifications experience, if possible, as these are helpful tools.
If there is already a way to do this in the new experience and I missed it, please let me know.

Welcome to the Community Diana Moreno,
You're in luck! The ability to export all letters to a PDF was officially released on Monday as a part of Wave 3. Additionally, the skip signer functionality is planned planned to be released at the end of June. You can find more information here!
0Isabel Messore I have been trying to export letters for hours now - and I only have a few as I was just testing it. It is still saying "exporting all certification letters" but I fear it is never going to finish (going on 2-3 hours almost). Is that normal?
0Hi everyone,
Any updated on skipping users?
I run a process for Q2, and the users are asking for changes in the workflow, and I'm not able to change the signers (we usually have 2 signers - a preparer and an approver). I had to cancel the letter and create a new one, but this is not very convenience.
Thanks.
0Hi Daniela Aballay We are now targeting getting this completed at the end of July.
Thanks,
Isaac
0Hi,
I noticed the skipping users is available now, thanks for that.
However, once the process or certification is run, can we add/modify a signer step? That will be helpful because when we send the letters, we receive requests from user saying they are not longer doing that task and asking if they could be replaced by someone else.
In the old certification process we were able to edit signers.
Thanks,
Daniela
