    Hi Rose Ann,

    This feature is available for anyone with the Workpace Owner role. From the Home page, there is a tab that displays all comments in the workspace (image below). Filters can be used to see comments from certain documents, users, and dates. The information can also be downloaded as a CSV file. For those without the Workspace Owner role, they'll be limited to viewing comments that they've made or are mentioned in.

    Hi Liz, thanks for the reply. Glad it is available however, not for my ownership. Will this feature be available to non-workspace owners roles? This would be extremely beneficial to all users? What would be the reasoning it is not available to other users?

    Hi Rose Ann,

    I did a little digging and sadly work for this enhancement is not planned at this time. We’ve not received much interest in it as of yet, and our collaboration team is looking into other comments improvements. That’s not to say it will never be looked at, and this could get resurrected in the future. We definitely encourage others to share their interest here to help it gain traction. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

    I am a workspace owner and I don't have that tab for comments. Is this something that needs to be turned on? Or only available for certain solutions?

    This feature needs to be enabled for your workspace by our CS Admin team. If you would like, I can create a ticket to start that process for you!
