Deleting POAs that are no longer used from the Section 16 Module
I was hoping to remove the old Power of Attorney forms associated with our current filers as well as for the inactive filers. I have tried deleting them through the supporting documents section. However, I keep getting a message that the supporting document is in use and cannot be deleted. I have also tried to un-associate the power of attorney from the filer by clicking the edit button and unchecking the box "Associate with a Reporting Owner". Is there any way to remove the old Power of Attorneys? We are starting to accumulate old supporting documents in our Section 16 module and are hoping to remove the items that are no longer applicable.

Great question. I asked our Section 16 experts on this and sadly, there's currently not a way to delete supporting documents in Section 16 (such as POAs) if they are on archived forms. However, this has been asked before and we have a ticket identified internally to address this. I don't have a timeline for when it could be released, but I am happy to add your request to it.
