File Attachments at the Certificate level

Hello and welcome to the Community, Jennifer!

Thanks for your quesiton. I did a little digging with our Cert experts and have the following tips/advice for you. Here goes.

First, Attachments are at the Letter level, not Certification level. if you have a different attachment for each signer, you will need to create a letter for each signer. Secondly, Certifier Admins can attach any number of attachments but Signers are limited to 5 per question. And you can have no more than five tags.

Based on your use case, it might be easier to create one letter, and also create a group with the 125 people in it, and then create a Certification to that group (which equates to 125 individual Certifications), sending them the flowcharts separately and having the group signers attach the flowchart when they sign.

Furthermore, if you have Attachments on your Process, they will copy when you copy it to roll forward, but only IF the checkbox below checked on copy.

At the end of your Process, you could run a Responses Report and select All exceptions and export that as tracking. Here's a quick image:

Hopefully this helps some. Let me know what follow-ups you have, and if you need anything else. Thanks again and have a happy Friday!
