Form 4 - Share prices ending in .00 are truncated
AnsweredI'm sure there's a solution for this, but I can't seem to find it. If I enter a share price ending in .00, (e.g. $55.00), the number is truncated and displays simply as $55. Is there anyway to fix to display to two decimal points? Thanks.

Hi Vince!
I did some checking to confirm, and sadly, there's no solution for this as its actually an EDGAR limitation on presentation so you're stuck, in this case, with it displaying as $55. Sorry I couldn't give better news. Do let me know if you have any follow ups for me or need anything else. Thanks and happy Wednesday!
0No worries, Mike. 55 is still 55 regardless of whether is has zeroes. Thanks!
