"Transpose" option when pasting information

yes, i'm here looking for the transpose paste functionality that was available in classic and not yet available in next gen. would be great if it was included in next gen (is a time saver specifically for data in charts)/

Your wish has been granted Mandy Tsui! Our product team has resurrected this enhancement request and added it to their future body of work. No timeline is available for when this will become a reality, but this is a step in the right direction for you lovers of "transpose".

3 years and counting since initial comment...how can transpose functionality not be an option at this point? (I certainly understand other more pressing priorities, I also would think this would take minimal time to execute.).
