I have recently switched to Next Gen and have been able to get rid of nearly all of my phantom tags and hidden fact warnings. I am left with one hidden fact warning that I was hoping for some advice as to how I can get it tagged in the document vs. continuing with the hidden tag. This is for the employee benefit plans and the sentence reads "...employee is eligible for the 401k plan starting on the first day of the month following their hire date." Here I am trying to tag the period of time before the employee becomes eligible. Basically, the period can be anywhere from one day (if the employee is hired on the 31st of the month they become eligible on the 1st day of the following month) or 31 days (if they are hired on the first of a month they have to wait until the 1st of the following month to become eligible). Historically, we have used the tag "Deferred Compensation Arrangement with individual, Requisite Service Period" and the tagged amount was 1 month. However, now, if I want to tag in the document on the actual sentence, the word "month" will change to "one month" due to the ISO format. So, the sentence will now read as "employee is eligible for the 401k plan starting on the first day of the one month following their hire date" which doesn't sound right. Is there a way to still have it tagged in the document, but only show "month" without the preceding word "one"?
