Workiva Learning Hub: Your new self-service training portal
On September 8th, Wdesk University was retired to make way for a new upgraded learning experience: the Workiva Learning Hub.
In our new self service-portal, you will be able to:
• Find what you need faster with dynamic search and filter functionality
• Browse curated collections to best identify courses that are right for you
• Learn all-new tips and tricks with interactive courses and tons of updated content

Where are my old enrollments?
Much of our old content has been replaced, updated, upgraded and reorganized to provide a cohesive and accessible learning experience. We encourage you to use the new collections and search/filter functionality to find our newest and most relevant content.
If you are looking for something specific or require a transcript of your previously completed courses, please email training@workiva.com and we will assist you promptly.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you will be able to log in using your Workiva credentials. The first time you log in, you may be asked for some additional information so that we can better suggest coursework based on your needs.

Can I use my old links and bookmarks to access courses?
The Workiva Learning Hub is powered by WorkRamp, which is a new learning management provider. This means old URLs will not bring you to our most current content.
We strongly recommend using the robust browse, search and filter functionality to find what you need.
Can I sign up for webinars and other live events in the Learning Hub?
We will continue to host registration for webinars, virtual training and in-person workshops on our website workiva.com/events. We do often post recordings of live events on the Learning Hub, as well, for easy on-demand consumption.

Where are my CPE?
Your CPE certificates are in the process of being moved to a new self-service portal as well! In the meantime, please continue to send all CPE inquiries and certificate requests to training@workiva.com.
Can I earn CPE by completing coursework on the Learning Hub?
Workiva is a registered with NASBA as a CPE sponsor for Group: Live and Group: Internet-based learning programs. We are unable, at this time, to offer CPE for an on-demand, blended or nano learning on any platform.
Please register for Group: Live and Group: Internet-based events at workiva.com/events. All CPE eligible programs have an indicator in the top left of the event tile.
