Is there a way to also restrict the comments related to restricted portions of a document, in line with the permissions governing the content?

    Hi Stephanie, thanks for reaching out!

    Comments will be restricted so the user viewing the document can only see comments for the sections they have permission to. They will not see a comment indicator or be able to view the comments unless they were given permissions to the specific sections the comments are linked to. So to answer your question, yes, comments are restircted inherently with the document permissions.
