AnsweredResolved comment disappear. Is there a way to find them again or un-resolve them?

Hi Fiona!
Great question. The good news I have some answers for ya!
First, you can find these resolved comments through the comment filter in the right-hand comments panel. Click on Comments and from the filter icon, select Resolved. These will now show up for you.
In addition, should you wish to mark a comment as no longer resolved, you can certainly do so. Click on the comment in question and from the dropdown there is an option to Reopen Comment, like so:
Hopefully this helps answer your questions. Let me know if you need anything else, or you have any follow-ups fo me. Thanks for your contributions and have a great rest of your day!
1Super helpful!! Thank you Mike!
0You're very welcome. Happy to help 😊.
0Is there a way to see who resolved a comment?
1Our company uses comments heavily for updates and discussions on each section within our quarterly filings. Individuals that are subject matter experts are mentioned in the comment to ensure a notification is sent to provide a link to the relative section. Once communication had been finalized the comment(s) status is updated as resolved. The act of resolving the comment, however, does not send a notification. Frequently, the person who resolves the comment also leaves a comment stating "okay", "agreed", etc. which sends off a notification. This leads to confusion when comment thread participants cannot locate the comment since the comment is resolved. Is it possible to email comment thread participants when comments are resolved to avoid confusion?
0Hi Sharmanetta!
Looks like you also asked your question here, which I just responded to.
TL;DR - thanks for sharing your thoughts. Though this is not possible today, this has been requested and I've added you to that request on our end. Holler with any questions in the meantime. 😊
